The Simplex 743-2265 is a RUI+ CPU/motherboard assembly used with the SPS (System Power Supply) in Simplex 4100U/4100ES fire alarm control panel installations. It replaced the earlier 566-227 4100U/4100ES master motherboard as part of Simplex's redundant CPU platform.
