The System Sensor COSMO-2W is an i4 interface module that connects up to 12 i4-series (or compatible i3-series) smoke/CO multi-criteria detectors to a fire alarm control panel using only two to three conventional zones -- one smoke zone, one CO zone, and an optional trouble zone. Detectors signal in ANSI Temporal 3 for a smoke alarm and Temporal 4 for a CO alarm, and when any interconnected detector alarms, all of them sound together for full-area notification.
